Q1. I want to make sure I understood that accommodation (Hotel) is free this means I only have to pay for the conference fee per person for the free night. Is this right? 
Yes, if you register as a participant or a listener, the accommodation is totally free in a double room per person at the hotel during the night of November 12, 2021 (Check-in: November 12, 2021 before noon / Check-out: November 13, 2021 before noon). You have to pay have only the conference fee. Also, Participant/Listener Conference Registration includes: Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Coffee Breaks, and other treats), Conference Program, Name Tag, Certificate of Participation, and Conference Bag.

Q2. Is the conference at the same place of the hotel? 
The conference and accommodation will be in the same hotel.

Q3. When is the arrival date and when is the date to leave exactly? In other words what nights of accommodation are in the offer? 
The hotel check-in date is November 12, 2021 and the hotel check-out date is November 13, 2021. This free night (of November 12th, 2021) is covered by the conference and free in a double room per person.

Q4. Is it possible to book some extra nights and at what costs? 
It is possible to book some extra nights before or after the conference at 40 dollars per night per person in a double room. It is possible to book some extra nights before or after the conference at 60 dollars per night in a single room.

Q5. If another person (colleague, suppose, friend, etc.) pays conference fee as audience (listener), is that mean that this person can take a part in your event, under equal condition as presenters (free accommodation for the night offered)? 
Yes, if accompanying person pays the conference early registration fee as a listener, then that person will get benefit from all events like presenters. The accommodation at the hotel is also free for that person for the night offered free in a double room.

Q6. May I stay in a single room during the conference days? 
Yes. If you stay in a single room during the conference days, you need to pay 20 US dollars additionally per night per person.

Q7. May I submit my abstract now? 
Yes, the submission and registration continue. You may register and send your submission(s) now. After you submit your abstract, you will receive the result in three weeks. If your paper is accepted, you may make your payment via bank transfer or PayPal.

Q8. What is the fee if I bring my child with me? 
Fee for child staying with their parents: Child from 0 to 6 years of age – FREE, Second child from 0 to 6 years of age – discount of 50% of the early registration fee. If only one of the parents stay with the child, they should stay in a single room and pay the single room fee.

Q9. How many papers are allowed for one registration fee? 
One paper is allowed for one registration fee. If you have more than one paper, you need to pay 50 US dollars for each additional paper.

Q10. Will all conference papers be published in a journal? 
After peer-reviewing process, selected papers will be published in the sponsor journals.

Q11. How can I submit my conference paper to other sponsor journals? 
The conference participants can also submit their papers for publication to sponsor journals. All sponsor journals are refereed journals and have a double-blind review process. Any manuscript submitted for consideration in publication in the sponsor journals is reviewed by at least two international reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. Please refer to the conference in the acknowledgement section of your paper while submitting it to the sponsor journal.

Q12. How can I publish my conference paper in the annual books? 
The conference participants can also send their papers to the conference email address for publication in the annual books by the deadline mentioned on the conference web site. The literature review or theoretical framework papers are preferred for publication in the annual books. If any paper is accepted for publication in the annual book, the author will be informed by email. Please refer to the conference in the acknowledgement section of your paper while submitting it to the annual book.

Q13. Do you have any format for abstracts? 
There is not any format for abstracts. Please register and enter your abstract submission as a plain text without any keywords or title in the abstract box in the conference system. Then, if it is accepted, you can download the acceptance letters from the conference system and upload your full paper which is not required to submit.

Q14. What are travel options from the airport to the hotel?
HAVAS Transfer provides the transfer from the airport to the city center. Also, AntRay tramway or a taxi can be preferred for the transfer to the hotel. The taxi costs about 10 US dollars and takes about 10 minutes.

Q15. If my paper is written in Turkish, do I have to submit its English version? 
All papers have to include an abstract, a title, and keywords in English. If the full paper is written in Turkish, it also needs to have an abstract, a title, and keywords in English.

Q16. Do I have to submit the full paper? 
No, you do not need to submit your full paper. It is your preference. If you do not submit your full paper by the deadline, then we will publish the abstract of your study in the abstract book.

Q17. Is there any page limitation for full papers? 
No, there is not any page limitation for full papers.

Q18. What is the duration of each oral presentation?
The duration of each oral presentation may vary between 15 and 30 minutes based on the number of presentations in the session.

Q19. If I bring a friend or a family member with me, how much should I pay for that person? What are the benefits for this accompanying person?
If you pay the fee for the accompanying person, this payment will cover the accommodation including meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks) in a double room for the night provided free.

Q20. Can I pay the conference fee before the acceptance of my abstract? Can I get a refund if my paper is rejected?

Yes, you can pay the conference fee before your submission. If your abstract is rejected, you can submit another abstract or participate in the conference as a listener. In case that your abstract is rejected, a full refund may also be issued.
