Accommodation is free for all participants in a double room per person during the night of November 12, 2021 (Check-in: November 12, 2021 before noon / Check-out: November 13, 2021 before noon).
The full accommodation at the hotel is provided for the free accommodation day.
The participants will stay in a double room.
Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant or listener. Otherwise, the conference organizing committee will assign the rooms to participants based on their gender.

NOTE 2: Only one paper is allowed for one registration fee. If you have more than one paper, you need to pay 50 US dollars for each additional paper.
NOTE 3: The certificates of attendance/presentation will be only issued for registered presenters who paid the conference fee. Virtual Participants only get the electronic versions of the certificates and other conference documents.
NOTE 4: Virtual presenters receive regular presentation certificates and their papers are included as regular papers in the program/abstract/proceeding books. All documents of the virtual presenters are the same as the ones of oral/poster presenters.
NOTE 5: The participants who do not stay at the conference hotel need to pay 30 US dollars for each conference day they attend as an external visitor. This fee covers lunch, dinner and coffee breaks for each conference day at the conference hotel. The participants for whom the hotel rooms are reserved by the ISTES Organization do not pay the external participation fee for the accommodation days.
